What we are eating, and whats eating us,Saturday...
Hi! The "gal" word must have mixed you up and you didnt 't understand. The word "gal" is just a word meaning female, etc. It is used a lot by people that were raised in the South. That is all. I am very impressed with your weight loss. Very. I have had RNY....last July. I am now struggling staying away from sugar stuff. I keep looking for inspiration on this page...for answers to my insanity with food. I can't even imagine the strength and perserverance you have shown over your struggle. I had to loose weight before surgery and I lost about fifty. Since surgery, I am down another sixty. I am now struggling like crazy. Sugar does not make me sick. I have a problem with meat but soft stuff and sugar is now my addiction again. Please forgive any misunderstanding about the term "gal." It is just a term I have used all my life. We have never met. I wish you the best.
LOL!! Naw...gal does not bother me at all!! I just wondered who would do that...smile. 1'/2 my family is from the south!
Sugar does not make me sick,I just do not like it.
I guess I was just sick and tired of the weight. A large part of my recovery has been OFF,these ladies right here. Talking out our feelings, what a drug food is to us,ya know. Not isolating and feeling alone is part of my recovery.
Let me know if I can help in anyway.
