Linda,

I guess you could skip the clothing and really get Romeo's attention!

I want to report that our expedition to the vet on Thursday went much better than I expected.  The puppies weren't very happy in the car and complained for the entire 8-mile ride, and they didn't want to come out of their crate to be weighed, examined, and immunized, but basically they were cooperative and OF COURSE they charmed the vet techs.  The vet thinks they have Rottweiler and Bloodhound in their background and will probably weigh 40-50 lbs full-grown.  Bigger than any dog we've had before, but more manageable than a real Rottweiler.

B: peanut butter banana protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: Ranch catfish, asparagus
S: yogurt
D: coriander chicken salad
S: SF coffee caramel candies

Good Saturday morning everyone!

I just walked 21 minutes on the treadmill, yesterday I did 30 vigorous minutes, which is great for a no-exercising fool like me - lol - we just got the treadmill about a month ago, and my DH and I are determined to use it.  YAY!

Linda S.  Did you lose over 300 pounds???  My goodness!!!!!  I continue to be amazed at all of you AMAZING ANGELS!  God Bless each and every one of you!

I hope you all have a lovely weekend!

I went out in my back yard this morning to water and lo and behold my tortoises were out!  I haven't seen them since November. (hibernating) So that tells me that spring has indeed sprung in the desert. It's suppose to be 80 degrees here today, so I guess they are right on schedule.  Tiger Woods is coming to town and will play his first tournament, after his knee surgery, right here in Tucson.  DH and I are going to the Renaissance (sp?)Fair tomorrow. Should be fun. Will go work out at the gym later today.  Oh, I had one of my 3 goals realized yesterday.  I am off of my cholesterol medicine!  YAY!!! Now the last 2 are to get off the blood pressure med and hit a BMI of 25, which is "Normal".  We'll see.

Hey Linda, Have a great time on your date, just be your own sweet self and you can't go wrong.

AWWWW, Reggie, how cool that must be!!!!  How big are they?  I'd love to see pictures of them if that's possible.  We have a little box turtle come walking into the yard from the woods and I get all happy and excited.  It doesn't happen that often - lol - I Love nature!!!!    Have a great Saturday night.
