OK, this is the hard part.....  Every part of our bods are sore, I think my hair is sore    When trying to get back on track with your exercise you can't see results right away on the scale or by taking your measurements....just feel the soreness.  Hang in there, give me 30 days, please  

I have to say it felt good to be back in the gym.  I need to hang on to that feeling of accomplishment just getting my butt back to the gym and working out.

Today is a rest day for me    Give my body time to rest  

So my friends did you Move To Lose Today?  Come on in and let's be accountable, inspire and feel good about ourselves....
