Hey Everyone,

Are you sore today?  Sore is good, no pain just sore...  I took on way too much yesterday and may have to do one body part at a time but increase the sets and reps until I get back in shape.  My push and pull days plus cardio was what I was doing months ago.  Remember what I said about being flexible....    sniffle, ok, take a couple of steps back Kath 

It's strange for me I get sore day 2 after the workout ....I don't get it

So today for me is cardio....3 miles on the treadmill, incline 6 and cardio boxing workout tonight.
