What we are eating and what's eating us,Tuesday
We seem to like a lot of the same things,then I shall spend the afternoon at his place. I have a copy of his ID and such,and Olivia was with me when we met. (The New Yorker in me). I like him,I really like him....smile.
B- Talapia and grits with Cheese L-Western Omellete with mushrooms,onions.bacon. D- Rest of lunch or maybe a 3rd.
I hate feeling full,is this me??? Doc wants 6 pounds back,but hey,if it don't fit,don't force it. She considers me 12 pounds below goal...
So,lift that bale,tote that barge. I am chilling on my date..a new thing for me,Nikes,skinny jeans,and my Obama tee. If it ain't fun,I ain't a doing it.

Sorry I did not call you back Sunday, but I slept the day away. laid down for a nap and woke up 5 hours later. Guess I was tired.

I made a new commitment (for a couple of days) in my food yesterday. I had gotten up to 214.5. I do not want to be over 210. So yesterday and today I have controlled my food intake. Very little "junk". I had 4 sugarfree cookies and 2 oz of chocolate crisp candy bar. Otherwise I had:
B- 2 eggs with cheese
L - Grilled chicken and 1/4 cup of corn
S - Same as L
Snack - Have not eaten it yet, but I have another 1/4 cup chicken.
Drank over 100 oz already today (Monday)

I HEAR YOU ABOUT THE BABY STEPS,MY DOC HAS PUT ME ON MAINTANENCE AND I AM SO SCARED. I GAINED 4 POUNDS AND I AM SCARED,SHE WANTS ME AT ABOUT 12 MORE...AND IT AIN'T HAPPENING.
I AM LEAVING IT IN GOD'S HANDS. I AM DOING A LITTLE CARBS,BUT NICE AND EASY DOES IT.
NOW I GOTTA LEARN TO EAT MORE??? I FEEL LIKE A STUFFED CHICKEN,HATE THE FEELING. I AIN'T EVEN THAT LIGHT FOR A WOMAN...170,JUST UNDER 6 FEET.
I AM DRINKING LOTSA FLUID TOO.
AND HERE I AM,GETTING READY TO GO ON MY 1ST DATE IN YEARS,BUT I REALLY LIKE THIS MAN,AND HE IS A MAN OF GOD.
I WILL JUST NOT LET MYSELF FREAK OUT...MORE VEGGIES,MORE PROTEIN..SCARED OF THOSE CARBS THOUGH.
I HAVE BEEN ASKED ABOUT DOING A COMMERCIAL FOR MY SURGEON,WE SHALL SEE.
I AM GOING TO TRY TO FOLLOW YOUR VERSUS IN THE BIBLE,I HAVE A NICE ONE OF JOYCE MYERS.

Sounds like overall your doctors appointment went well. Thank God for answering our many prayers! Your weight sounds right for the height you are. Congrats on that!!
