Is Activa Light a good coice???

 I have been comparing the different yogerts and still haven't found one that I should use. We do not have greek yogurt around here. 
I like the taste of Activa but is there too much sugar or carbs even in the LIGHT ?

I will check that one out today.  I purchased Weigh****chers small indiv containers as they had the lowest sugar count on the label.  I am only 1 1/2 weeks out and it has caused me no problems.

i eat Yoplait LIght and have no problems with it

I eat Blue Bunny Light.....I try to keep the sugar around 7 or 8 grams per serving. I love all the new flavors.
