Wednesday already? What's new?

Im sitting up, but not at them today!!!!!! I need to go to the beauty suppy store to get some shampoo and hair spray for my cousin. and Hair color for me today. I might go and get my hair trimmed. I am trying to let it grow out, we shall see.
Liz called last night stranded, her car wont start, The battery just up and died. I told they do that at the most un opertuned times. So we put 150.00 in her checking account for her to get a new battery.
Oh the power of parents!!!!!!! 
I also said, Cars are like kids, they do get sick!!!!!!!

margo you amaze me ya know that? all your coming and going wow!! how do you do it?? LOL congrats on the weight loss!! not a good way to do it but hey take what you can get....the protein and iron...wow!!! way to go girl!!! i still have to find a place near by so i can do the plasma thingy and get some extra money!!!

susan my mom always wanted a treadmill and i know if she had one it would sit there unused....lol glad you got it going again!!!

brenda...we want to see your new color...get a new photo up please!!! and as for your snow....we are getting some here now and at times its a whitout with the wind blowing it also. its 16 and wind chill is 2 and it is cold!!!!!!!! BRRRRRRR they are also calling for 2-4 inches more today and we have last i saw was maybe a couple inches...that was at 715 this morning when i took rick to work.

got my taxes done yesterday. getting a nice refund but then the state of michigan wants me to repay them for the heating credit they gave to me by mistake last year so most of it will go to that. seems like every time i get a few bucks ahead something else takes it away from me!!! sighs....

rick got the bill in the mail from hospital yesterday. OMG!!! almost $6,000!!!!!! i made copies of that and also the ambulance bill $275 and i am going to give it to his boss tomorrow when i pick rick up from work!!! if this guy would have turned in the paperwork for ricks health insurance we wouldn't owe this much at all!!!! i hope his boss is gonna be happy seeing this bill!!!!

working today 1-9 again. i love the job but i hate working til 9pm AGAIN!! then i am off tomorrow work friday 8-430 and then saturday again 1-9 GRRRRR why i can't get earlier hours is beyond me....oh well atleast i have a full time job!!! i guess if it was busier it wouldn't be so bad. i hate throwing out all the food after so many hours sitting there untouched!! and no we can't eat it or give it away...it HAS to be tossed out!!! shame huh? we are supposed to be getting in some new foods so hopefully that will be soon and maybe get busy again who knows.

made stew for supper last night and we both ate a couple bowls of it ...then i made some chocolate chip cookies for rick. he was happy....he ate a few while still warm and was in 7th heaven he said...LOL not sure what he will make for supper tonight...maybe left over stew i hope...

watched Y&R yesterday and i am so confused....seems that noah, billy and adam look so much alike i can't tell who is who because i can'****ch it often enough...LOL or should i say GRRRRRR???? i am still trying to get my VCR hooked up right and it still won't record!!! wish i knew what i was doing wrong!!! maybe i will ask erie to stop over tomorrow and see if he can figure it out for me. so many movies i have on vhs we could watch also. sighs....

well best get shower in and ready for work. the snow is falling harder now it looks like and i can hardly see the trailer park down bleow!! how much longer til spring??? want it nice and warm again!!! maybe then i can get out and walk around more. i just hate this cold and not being able to get warm fast enough!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm late getting here.  This is my 3rd attempt at logging in this am.   I keep getting interrupted by life. 
Earl had a 9:30 appt and got his stitches out of his hand.  yea!!!!!!!  He has therapy at 12:30 but is driving himself there.  The SIL is bringing Sami girl here soon, she is sick again, fever & sore throat. The SIL was up during the night with her and now needs to sleep I guess.  It's ok Nana will nurse her.  Have to pick the other one up at 2:45 so I guess my attempts at cleaning today will be pushed to the side but it is ok.  I'll take love from the grands over cleaning anytime!  It's kind of ironic, we have the girls more than either parent right now it seems.  At least on our daughters part it is due to her work schedule.  SIL is another story, he has no clue about what he is missing and doing.  Hence the divorce.

I am so cold and nothing I do seems to help.  I have the heat way up, the extra heater on by my desk, a sweater and long johns on and 2 pairs of socks..and a cuppa hot tea....Earl is wearing a short sleeve shirt,sweating and complaining about how hot it is in the house.  It's 70 degrees in here.  I don't see the endocrinologist again till the 25th, so don;t know what to do....

Well off to the races again.  At least I am doing better with my food choices again.

3:30 AM..good grief!! But I sure do understand making up hours, I had worked some extra as I knew I would be taking time for the Hunters entry . Now I have until next friday to make up 2 hours, not bad. But I usually try and sneek in an extra hour or 2 a pay day and I put that $$ in my "travel fund" I am not allowed to work over so I have to be careful. I didn't eat very well at the hospital. Had a couple cookies and some trail mix. I have a gal at work who has a daughter being induced tomorow so I told her they were going to have to pull us off the ceiling they was so much excitement in the air.  I hope you have some major snow mealting going on soon. My step mom said she still can't open her back door. We are suppose to have  wonderful weather the next few days. The better to get geared up for the horrible March we always have..Really nothing much to report, you know I have a one track mind atthe moment. Blessings

I am a walking disaster area. Went to my doctor appointment a whole week early - they were booked solid and couldn't squeeze me in. What a waste of time.

Went to get an Rx refilled and was told it would be at least 1/2 wait. I decided to use the potty, bad move. I got locked in the stall!! The handle broke and wouldn't turn. Sure ... I could have crawled under the door but yuckies. I banged and yelled until somebody heard me. It was quite the process to get me out of there.

I decided to get some yarn out of the closet and crochet. As I moved the step stool, I banged my desk and knocked over the potpouri wax, hot and melted. It splattered my arms, legs, desk, floor and leather boots. Not hot enough to burn but OMG what a mess.

And if all that wasn't enough - I have gained 4 pounds!!!! and have no idea why or how.

This has just about reached the point of being too funny. I plan to go sit in a chair and not move. Safer that way.

Gee, you sound like me ... that's why they have me working on my balance in PT all the time. Every day, the therapist asks me how my balance is coming along. I say, "Crappy. I have no balance. That's why I fall all the time."

Go crawl under the covers with the kitties. Maybe you're safer there.

I sat with Jimmy and Nicki - spilled my coffee all over them and my yarn. Off to bed NOW!!!
