What Are We Eating and What's Eating Us-TUESDAY!
Hello, family!
Today is my last time to START this daily thread. Linda S will resume posting. She was greatly missed here and I am very pleased that she is able to return.
Ive been trying to readjust my sleeping cycle and with this new fatigue, there are times that I simply barely made it here long enough to start the htread. And because I have DIAL-UP, I couldnt respond individually to each person's post..it ended up taking so much extra time by the time each post is opened and I got to respond....very frustrating.
And so now, I step back, thanking you all for playing with me this past week or so. Take it away, Linda!!!
Rufus's menu for today:
B cottage cheese w/unsweetened pineapple
S 3 multigrain crackers & cheese
L home made chicken, veggie & barley soup
S 3 multigrain crackers & peanut butter
D salad w/romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, celery, dried cranberries, raisins, sunflower seeds & cold turkey thigh meat plus LIGHT poppyseed dressing
S fruit

B- turkey bacon and eggs L-Bar -b qued chicken D- Beef Stew S- Apple with a smear of peanut butter.
Isn't it nice,sharing our journey and knowing help is just a key stroke or phone call away.

Sometimes things have ways of working themselves out and sometimes we can be surprised at how they do just that. At times just sharing with others~like this thread each morning can be just the therapy that is needed. So, maybe just posting your food for the day is going to help you now to stay more centered. I hope so. God will point you in the direction for you and we all know when that happens things just fall into place.
Sending lots of love and huge hugs to you. Prayers are continuing and you know that. Those 3 things will never change.
You would be surprised at the amount of PMs I get on Monday! So many of us have trouble on the weekends. I do not know if it is from dealing with family,or thinking it is festive time, and we deserve something good.
I love OFF because we do not jump on each other,we listen, accept,and support.

S- protein drink
L- turkey & cheese rollup, baby spinach, 4 grape tomatos & 1 sf pudding cup
S- Clemintine
D- 3 oz med shrimp w/****tail sauce & edamame
S- 1/2 cup greek yogurt & Kashi go lean.

I have no appetite....I will just do my best to get my protein in and hope for the best!! Just too much on my mind right now.

Nancy rocks,I did not how hard it was for her to keep the posts going.
Anytime she wants to go for it, she can. We all can!! It really helps to do it I believe.If anyone wants to be a "starter" for a week or two,just holla.
I think it can help someone to get more honest.
