Ohhh My that sounds sooo good. I am so trying to stay away from white flour and anything that is multi grain I love. I bought some multi grain tortillas the other day and I will never ever buy ol, sticky white flour ones again. I have some,,ahh, Red Bobs? No thats not he brand name, something about Bob on thepackages and in the health food section.. anywhoo ,multi grain pancake mix.. made into a banana pancake they are fabulous!!! I got some pastry whole wheat flour and I use that in baked goods, no one even knows they are eating whole wheat.  Thanks for sharing

Karen, Hi, I'm new on here, but your post caught me eye...funny, I was in our local Bulk Barn (a chain here in Ontario) and I was stocking up on my cut steel oats, instant oats, large flake oats, and other "stuf" and I saw the 5 grain cereal as well, but passed by it!!  I may have to try some on my next visit.  I was buying  things today so I could make a wls friendly granola.  I'm trying it tomorrow.  Have a good rest of the week.  Patti K.

I think I'll grind some of the five grain into a flour using my Magic Bullet. I've been doing 1/2 oat flour in baking recipes. I'll let you know how this turns out. Glad to see you hear. I absolutely love this forum. It's been my main support group for almost 5 years.
