Hi everyone, well I had my initial appointment with my surgeon, Dr. Giovianni this afternoon. The appointment went great and she told me taht after I get all my other appointments done with she will schedule the surgery! YAY! Have to wait for ok from Harvard Pilgrim also, but I meet all their criteria, so Im very optimistic!

so where in RI is Cumberland, my son lived and went to school in Providence for many years, before moving south. i used to be up that way several times a year

To answer your question, Cumberland is in the north eastern corner of RI. I only live a mile from the MA border. Thats about 8 or 9 miles north of Providence..remember we're VERY small! I can get to MA, CT, NH VT all in under or about an hour. kinda cool!
As far as teste, I have to look on my list but one is an endoscopy, EKG, paych, and I cant remember the rest. But my Doctor gave me a list and also phone numbers of doctors I can call to schedule these.
