I am just wondering how far out you have to be to start taking medication and vitamins in capsule form?

i'm sorry that i don't remember well...seems to me maybe at about 6 weeks? i know that i emptied some capsules into my pudding for awhile-nasty! also would depend on the size of the capsule more than anything! many folk use chewable vits early out.....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

personally I started talking all my meds in pill and capsule form in the hospital.
No problem except with the multi which is chewable.
Depends on how easy it is for you to swallow things I guess.

Hiya,as I recall, I was not advised to take them until further out.I  think you may want to wait and ask your doctor.
The very best to you.

I was taking my effexor capsules immediately after surgery because I didn't know any better. When the doctor told me I probably wouldn't be able to swallow the capsules I told him I already was so I continued to take them with no problem.
