Guess what! IT'S FRIDAY!!!! What's new with you?

Good Friday morning all you OFFers.

Nice easy night at work.  I have been busy working on the internet, ordering some stuff from ebay.  Got a couple of ac adapters for my new cell phone.  Then ordered a new lunch bag to bring my food back and forth (it's bigger than the one I have).

Mary and I have made our plans for the weekend.  Going to be busy.  Friday I work my part time job.  When I get done we are going to the movies to see Taken.  Saturday I will work my part time job, go to the gym, then we might go to another movie.  Sunday is Sunday School, Church, probably the gym and then later in the afternoon, a Super Bowl party at one of my coworkers place.  It will be the first time we have gone to a Super Bowl party in about 10 or 11 years.  During that one we got called away in the first quarter because our son, who was in the military, had been arrested by the MPs for assault.  Ah, the joy of bringing up kids.  It ended up it was a fight and they both got Article 15's (military non-judicial punishment) for it.  He was discharged about a month later for medical problems.

Proud to say I am still keeping up with the Bible in a Year.  Every day.

Good Morning George and OFFr's!

For some it's the end of a work week!  George, your weekend sounds like mine usually are, full of activity and I hope you enjoy yourself.  Glad to hear you are keeping up with what makes you the nice peaceful man you are.

Yesterday was just another day at the office ;) 

This is how my weekend is shaping up, I have to work tomorrow, this is big once a year partners meeting where all the partners of the firm get together to slap each other on the back and chose the new partners, meetings and such other fun they have together, though this year I am sure they have so much to worry about with the state of the economy, how much money does it take to make these people happy?  Well, I hope they do well, because then I can continue to pay my bills and do what I do.  I know they will be celebrating being number 87 on the Fortune 100 Top Places to Work and pushing to get higher on the list.  Anyway, I am driving today, parking in Queens, my old neighborhood, since I am staying at a friend's overnight there, which will be fun, then I can get up get into the City tomorrow and help out by decorating the lobby at the Waldorf-Astoria Plaza and direct people where to go and such.  It's a little extra money and makes me a team player.

I am hoping to make it home to celebrate my two friend's AA anniversary's, as I am scheduled to wor****il 7 and then it's an almost 2 hour drive home from the City, so we shall see.  Sunday, I will have to cram all my preparation for the work week in and then am going to one of my friend's house for a Super Bowl Party, really not sure who I'm rooting for, my team's not there, maybe Pittsburg, either way it will be fun to hang with my friends.

Good morning all ~

Week end plans, full of my M&M's. They have been in Disney for the week and return later tonight. Tomorrow I am going to help while my daughter prepares for Matthew's 2nd birthday party on Sunday. Can't believe he will be TWO.

Today my client wants to go out for lunch. I had a stern talk with her about the frequent, early morning phone calls. Wednesday morning she began calling at 5 AM, worried if we were going out in the snow. I may be up at that time but the calling is starting to bug me.

Morning, it's Friday and payday -- hurrah!
Have a hair cut appt. this afternoon, and will probably clean my house after that.....work this morning.

No plans for the weekend except preparing for support group on Monday night.....next week is busy busy busy.

I am going to try and scan the article and put it on here for you to see.....we'll see how that goes?!#$%

Off to the shower now and get ready for work....may jump on the bike for 15 minutes....have changed up my exercise and it seems to be working.....funny how we have to trick our bodies to give up the lbs.

Not a super bowl fan so will probably watch movies or read.   Have a safe and fun weekend all.

Good Morning,

I am in Chelan, WA with my  friend Helen visiting another friend. We brought dinner along so we just did some antique shopping, put a puzzle together in record time while shooting the breeze, then had a relaxing dinner and to bed by 10pm. Today nothing special on our agenda. My friend's 92 yr old mom lives with her and is slowly fading like a cut flower. . . It's so hard for my friend. Then tomorrow Helen and I head over to Spokane to see a matinee of "Annie" before heading home. I love the story and the music.

 Erin says both babies are getting better every day. Seems like they are sick every few weeks. How I remember that with Erin. Once she started going to daycare that was the story.

I don't have my phone with me so I'm out of touch for a few days. Glad to see that Maui Karen is home and that Carla hopes to be home today.

Welcome to all those new to our little family. It's just 5am and still quiet around here. Think I'll try to get a few more hours sleep.

Yes indeed it is Friday and payday here too!  Whew!  another week employed is good! 
No major plans for the weekend, I think I will do some cleaning and weaving.  Meeting tonight and may work on some computer things too.

morning george and OFF family...well the tooth is still bothering me!!! i had the dentist file it down some yesterday and it felt better...then i tried chewing some chicken last night and forgot that side was tender...omg the pain!!!!!!! now it really hurts again!!! guess i will put a call in to the dentist and see what they can tell me to do. all i know is it HURTS!!!! wish i would have had it pulled or just leaving it alone!!!! not sure if i can take working today for 8 hours. the pain is just unbearable for me. i usually can take pain but this is hurting!!!

weekend plans...hahahaa i have a weekend off and no money!!! rent is due on the 1st and rick was off half a week so his check will be tiny....and with this tooth hurting i sure don't feel like doing anything. he mentioned playing cards or watching a movie or two. not sure if i feel like doing that either. i am just tired and in pain.

no superbowl party for us...we will stay home and watch it...i am not a football fan but i do watch the superbowl for the commercials...i picked steelers for the winning team...not sure why but i did.

the woman that was in the house that blew up died. her husband is still in critical condition but stable...they found the peoples dog in basement alive!! it is a yorkie and was wet and cold but doing well. said this dog means so much to this man and hopefully it will help him get better soon. the neighbors homes that were damaged are not safe...bulging doors, cracked walls and windows blown out. what a mess in that neighborhood. so sad.

well i am going to call the dentist now and see what they can do for me. then off to work to get my check and pay the rent. see if they can find someone to cover for me today so i can rest this toothache some more.

Good Morning George and my OFF family,

I have been really busy this week.  Mom is about to drive me crazy!  LOL  Anyway we are getting ready to leave to go to the beach and pickup the boat.  DH is yelling come on so I'll check back in later!

I Don't Post often  but plan to try to do  better,    I am looking for a job.  I do have a couple of good prospects if if they only work out!
  We  have a funeral this weekend.  We didn't know the man who died  but are good friends with his son and  dil,  then I think  we need to go see a couple of my  Mother in laws close friends while in the Muskegon.  She is gone  and her friends are lonely so we need to step up and remember how much they meant to mom.  
Super bowl game?   We totally ignore it!     just not interested.    I do hope for a hard fought close score game so everyone else can enjoy it though!!
