What we are eating and what's eating Us - THURSDAY!
Good morning Nancy and Rufus.
Poor kitty, poor you having to go out in the cold. Here I am complaining at 33 F, frosted car windows that refused to defrost - I can't wait for Spring/Summer.
My eating has been horrible lately. Mindlessly grazing. Think I'm nervous about the ENT appt. Mon. Have developed a severe case of the "what ifs". Well what if it's the worst dx possible. What choice do I have but to deal with it? Right?
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - mushroom beef soup and 2 wheat crackers
S - who knows, probably yogurt
D - either baked fish, broccoli and a tiny bit of mashed taters or deer sausage and an egg. I'm leaning toward the latter.
S - cottage cheese or cheese or peanut butter or a protein shake
I'm trying to do better!
Debbie and Oscar (who has been a good pouch even though his mommy has abused him lately)

I've been gone a couple of days and at the mercy of the place I was staying, but am only up 1 pound so that is not bad.
Today I got in the treadmill so hopefully that pound and more will be gone soon.
B egg, toast, 1/2 banana and 1/2 orange
S. Ate a few small things I shouldn't have but not a terrible lot
L 1/2 Chef salad
S (or 1st dinner) other 1/2 of chef salad
2nd dinner tried to eat smal piece of salmon, baked potato, and green beans, but didn't get very far before i got "the foamies"
s. protein bar.
Back on the program tomorrow I hope.
