MILESTONE!!!!
Hello Friends!!
I have some good news!!
I started working out on a regular basis with a trainer in late November (I know, I know...It's about time .) I had been hovering at 200 pounds for a couple of weeks and I immediately gained 4 pounds when I started the work outs. However, I continued to lose inches. This seemed perfectly normal to me as the lean muscle mass that I began to build weighs more than the fat I was losing, so I didn't sweat it too much.
Anyway....I eventually went back down to 200 pounds and was waiting for the day that my scale showed that I was no longer in the 200s. I know you ALL realize the significance of leaving a certain number behind forever (like the 400s, then the 300s...etc) ....I can't even remember the last time I weighed one-hundred-and-something.
This morning I stepped on the scale and weighed 198!!!!
I was jumping around dancing a jig and probably got on the scale 6 times before I eventually made my way downstairs to make coffee!! My husband had a good laugh and my cats, I'm sure, think I've gone over the deep end!
I just wanted jump on the board real quick and share my happiness with you all!

Isn't it wonderful to hit another milestone? You've worked long and hard for it...you've earned the success!
I'm right behind ya girl! At 229 and counting.....down!....., and I too can't remember when I was under 200....maybe high school or college?
