Medford Support Meeting tonight, Tuesday, Dec 21.

Just wanted to let everyone know that there is a PRIDE wls support group meeting at the Smullin Center near RVMC tonight at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend regardless of your surgeon or your point in your journey. Hope to see some new faces there! Dina

HI there Dina, I hope you remember me. Jenny from Crescent City! How are you? How is the coffee business!! And HOW IS THE SNOW? My parents live in O'brian and they are getting a TON of snow. My dad works at the mill in Cave Junction and he said its been so pretty on his way to work. So I had my surgery back in Oct. and I'm doing so great. I've lost 51 pounds and about 3 dress sizes. Say, do they ever have support groups on Saturdays over there? I come to Medford all the time to get my hair done, actually I'll be there next weekend for a quick trip to the hair dresser. I go to structures over by the Road House grill. Anyways I just thought I would say Hi! Hope all is well with you! Smiles, jenny

Hi Jenny! I do indeed remember you. How could I forget anyone from the coast? We haven't had snow here in Medford yet, but it's supposed to hit tonight so I'm hoping for enough to build a snowman. My son has been so disappointed when it has snowed recently because it has been so meager. He's 3 1/2 and gets VERY emotional when things disappoint him like that!!! We don't have support group meetings on Saturdays ever, but we do have get togethers once weekly. It used to be on Thursday nights but has now changed to Sunday mornings at Hometown Buffet. If you are ever here on a Sunday, let me know and you can meet everyone then. Otherwise, you can always let me know when you'll be in town and we could do lunch. I go to church on Saturday but we could meet after I get out maybe. Good job on the weight loss! Is everything going well? Tolerating food and all that fun stuff? Dina
