I bought the flintstones complete and I am gonna use them from now on....well acturally I am giving the vitamins a break for a while. I am concerned that I don't have ANY appetite. I suppose I should sip water and protein drink and be happy to be through with the surgery. I hear and feel alot of bowel sounds but still...... I wonder if that is why my appetite is so poor? Wow am I really focused on that or what?

Congratulations! You sound like you are doing great. A lot of those early days are just kind of figuring things out. Don't worry, your appetite will come back. Your system is doing some major adjusting, and there are all kinds of things that can and will affect your appetite. The anesthesia can take a while to get out of your system. Little by little things get more normal. Patty
