What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
A few of the wonderful peeps here inquired at their respective Centres re. the new formulation of Premier and were told it is "still okay". Yes, it's not an isolate anymore, but it is still absorbed, just not as readily as an isolate would be. The protein sources are still viable (and not collagen which is crap), so it's A-Okay with me at this point.

Cool. In the long run the powder is cheaper, and I have a huge tub of it anyway. Premier is just so much easier!!!

Nope. I'm running the Toronto Marathon. I know a few people doing Mississauga! Good luck on your first race. It's amazing!!

Good Morning Everyone!
I am working 8:30 to 4:30 today and then I am going with my hubby to be to the Eaton Centre after work to look at dress shirts and ties for him, for our upcoming wedding on May 30th.
B - Today I m having a Premier Protein Chocolate Shake for breakfast (sipping it now) along with a venti non fat extra shot latte from Starbucks sipped alllll day LOL.
S - A no sugar added Dulce de Leche Jello-O pudding cup... so yummy!
L - President's Choice Mexican Chicken Soup - love that stuff!
S - No sugar added Mott's fruitsation blueberry apple
D - not sure yet but probably some cheese and 3 or 4 chicken wings.

Good Afternoon, this is my first post. I am currently Pre-Op but thought I would give this a try.
B- 2 small eggwhites with veggies
S- Source - Greek yogurt with a couple of grapes
L- 3 oz of boneless/skinless chicken breast with some cucumber
S- a few pieces of cucumber/grapes
D- homemade chicken wrap with 6 oz of chicken and lettuce, with 0 fat ranch vinaigrette.
