Turkey Pepperoni microwaved until it is crunchy dipped in fat-free refried beans with cheese melted on them. Actually, this is my favorite breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack-snack. I literally could survive on just this. Also, a sweet pickle wrapped with smoked turkey breast meat or sesame melba toast with peanut butter or cottage cheese with parmesan and cracked pepper on top or tomato slices with italian seasonoing and mozzarella melted on top or ff sf fudgesicle pop Okay, that is more than one, but you get the idea.

I have to try the turkey pepperoni, that sounds good!! How long do you microwave them? Cheryl

I usually hit the button for 1 minute and jus****ch it really carefully until it looks crispy, then I use a paper towel to dab off any oil. It helps make them even lower fat and YUM they make great chips! It is a good protien boost. Jaimee

Ok, my protein pancakes with peanut butter...mmmmmm I love my non fat lattes too! I like those little laughing cow cheese rounds thingys with crackers too. Oh and one way bars. Those are the bomb! Ok, that's more than one, but you gotta have variety right?
