BINDER NEEDED ASAP!!!!!

i'd like to know if anyone has a binder that they're willing to give up or sell. my doctor says that they don't normally give them out and therefore don't carry them in the office. i've called a few medical supply companies and everyone seems like they have no idea what i'm talking about. if you can help, please feel free to contact me asap! i'd really appreciate it!!!!

I'm sorry I don't have one. I left mine at the hospital (I hated that darn thing!!) I never used it much even in the hospital. But a little later I started having back problems and my surgeon told me to go to Meijer or Walmart and pick one up. Hope that helps!!! Dawn

Hey Paula, Are you post or pre op? Im not sure where you are having or had your surgery at but I had mine at St. Vincent and when I woke up from surgery, mine was already on and they let you went home with it. Maybe ask the hospital surgical unit or someone other than the doctor in the Dr.'s office, like a nurse or something. Im not sure but everyone that I know that has had the surgery has had a binder when they woke up went home it. Hope that helps. Kym

Hi, the hospital forgot to give me mine and for 3 days I hurt so bad, a friend called to check on me and I told her about my tummy and she asked if I had my binder on...uhmmm no...I didn't get 1. So my husband called the hospital and told them and they said to come on and get it. They gave him 2 even. So maybe call the wing you was on and tell them and they will have 1 for you. Good luck.
