Hello NYers!

There was a nice response to my accountability posting last week so I thought I'd post one weekly (probably sunday evenings) regarding our past week.

1. What types of food did you eat this week?

2. What types of exercise did you do this week?

3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?

4. What was your biggest challenge?

5. Tell us how your tastes have changed since surgery, if they have at all?

*Fun bonus question:

What 3 things do you dream of doing before you die?

Have a great week, all!

Maryellen

You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is. - Ellen DeGeneres
