Oh yes! My lower tummy still gets sore. I wear lipo in a box from QVC every day and I love it. Its in the stage 2 wear, and its a strong yet soft support.

Hi Crystal,welcome to the area.I live in Deerfield but work in New hartford.I too am about 10 months out and 143 lbs down.I'm just about at goal.I have been working out 4 nights a week at paragon.If you ever want to join a gym I would recomend Paragon in new hartford.If you need answers to questions about the area don't be afraid to ask.Again,welcome and try to stay warm in our lovely upstate winters! Hi Bob, I love New Hartford, it's a really nice area. We came up here not knowing anything about the area, but we got lucky when we found a place here...everyone has been so nice, and welcoming. I will check the Paragon out, I always feel better when I'm getting my excersise! lol Everyone has warned me about the winters! lol...I hope that I will be able to stay warm..lol I grew up in Mississippi and on occasion we got ice there, but rarely any snow. Ususally the coldest it gets in the winter is a low would be about 20 degrees or so...but usually you can wear your bermuda shorts on Christmas day there ..lol So it will be a big change, but maybe this year I really will have a white christmas!
