Thanks LisaMarie. That's the thing...I never thought I was a slow loser until she said so. I don't compare myself to others...can be too disappointing. I'm just happy that I'm finally feeling better.

Rachelle, At the three month mark I was down 43 pounds; now I'm down 150 pounds.  Being a slow loser doesn't hurt  you! Mary

Now if that's not inspiration I don't know what is! Thanks for that Mary. While I am thrilled with my loss so far, it is hard to see the prize at the end. I'm trying to just enjoy the journey and not focus too much on the end result. It's all good after all.

Rachelle,

I don't think you're a slow loser at all.  You had your surgery almost 2 months after mine, and look at me!  My doc says 8 to 11  lbs. a month is the goal.  Your doc must have a higher goal. You're doing amazing!   xoxo Karen

I'll take 8-11 lbs. a month loss! I've been averaging that, I think. In the end, I'm going to be just where I want to be.
