1.What types of food did you eat this week?
crackers and cheese, stir fry veggies with boca chicken strips, tiny bite of rice, cheese stick, sugar free apple crisp
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? none I am unable to exercise still due to dizziness and just started physical therapy
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 109 lbs
4. What was your biggest challenge? remember to eat
5. What is one of your worst memories as a morbidly obese person? not fitting in certain seats, and not being able to find decent clothes large enough
6. What is your favorite "WOW" or "NSV" moment since WLS? losing my shorts while I was walking

Wow, I hope the dizziness goes away. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Benign Positional something Vertigo, it was awful for months!

1.What types of food did you eat this week?
Everything? I eat lots of greens, egg salad, 1 piece of toast every morning, apples, protein drinks, pudding (YUM!), cheese. Lots of chicken.
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Last week sucked, I broke out in hives, and only went twice. This week I'm itchier, but ignoring. I swim 1/2 mile and do 30 mins on the bike
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
One friggin' pound. WTF? Total loss: 63 lbs.
4. What was your biggest challenge?
This week? Hiving! Or actually, now that its freezing, my appetite increased 2fold.
5. What is one of your worst memories as a morbidly obese person?
Not being able to go on amusement park rides with my kids (as a counselour, not my own kids!), having to *squeeze* through subway turnstiles, having my stomach hang over the desk at school.
6. What is your favorite "WOW" or "NSV" moment since WLS? Ask me at 130 lbs! What does NSV stand for?

1.What types of food did you eat this week? swiss cheese, chicken, graham crackers with apple sauce, other stuff I can't remember
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? I went to the gym last night and did the weight machines for 30 mins, 10 minutes on the treadmill and walk to work 2.78 miles and back from the gym 3.25 miles. If I don't go to the gym, I walk to and from work which is about 5.5 miles total.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? maintaining 183 lbs weight loss
4. What was your biggest challenge? food cravings
5. What is one of your worst memories as a morbidly obese person? when I had to ask for an extender and had my seat mates making fun of me when I flew home from WPB (it's in my profile in all it's glory).
6. What is your favorite "WOW" or "NSV" moment since WLS? that I can buy clothes, usually shirts, in the boys and girls section and save money. Just one of many tho.

Clear liquids, protein shakes, popsicles
2. What types of exercise did you do this week? Walking is all I'm allowed so far and that's what I've been doing.
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss? 14 lbs since my surgery...woohoo!! 20 lbs before for a total of 34 lbs!
4. What was your biggest challenge? Oh man the smell of good food makes me crazy sometimes but I won't lie...I've taken a bite, chewed it and SPIT IT OUT. Learned that tip here and it worked! Gross though and TMI, I am sure

5. What is one of your worst memories as a morbidly obese person? Lack of respect in general from others.
6. What is your favorite "WOW" or "NSV" moment since WLS? The feel of my face when washing it or putting moisturizer on. It actually feels thinner!
