Diane, you are so sweet!  Thank you!  I'm glad I'm doing ok .  I do feel better but just lightheaded now.   I do have another question lol but instead of bothering the whole board right now I'll see if you know first.  Edy's Whole Fruit Bars (popsicles)....they say no sugar added, have 30 calories, 2 g total sugars, and no fat...are these ok for right now?

That's probably really similar to the ones hubby bought me today.  Same calories and 0 g sugar, too.  They are Hood brand.  Glad you got out and about today!

Thanks! (pancakes) !

Cece, I LOVE the tropical fruit popsicles--they tast much better than the regular.  I have one almost every night!  I don't even buy the regular sugar free ones, and I raise a fuss at the supermarket when the run out of the tropicals! hugs,

you are still recovering!!! Take it easy!!!! Sounds like you over did it!  try to get more fluids in and don't do too much! those blueberry pancakes sounded DELISH :)  If you like hot tea do decaf - that helped me get my fluid intake up early on! hugs, Britt

Man, I will know better than to do that again!  I paid for it for like 3 days.  I didn't think I did a whole lot but I guess so!   Thanks for the hot tea tip, Britt!  I'll do this!

Hi, Creeklady - Glad to see you're home and doing well!  Melissa F. on the RNY board has a recipe for Blueberry Cottage Cheese pancakes that I could send you for later on.  They are delicious!  It's so hard to get all the fluids in at the beginning and it's so easy to overdo it and tire yourself out.  I know I did!  Try to take it easy and sip, sip, sip! HUGS, Chrissy
