frustrating stall
It is temporary, but it doesn't make it any easier when your in the middle of those stalls. They are extremely fustrating. Just continue to stick to your sugeons recommendations of what you should be eating at this point. Keep up your fluids and your protein and mix up your exerciese routine. Don't starve yourself or your body will go into storage mode and not let you loose because it thinks it has to save every calorie for survival. I have been fluctuating between the same 2 lbs myself for the last 10 days and I want so badly to make my mini-challenge for halloween and I am afraid I am going to miss it. Keep the faith and it will all melt away. Sally

I had the same problem...please don't worry. I was told that the body goes into "starvation mode". After a few weeks...the body figures out that you are ok and the weight loss starts. I still have small plateaus..but, ususally the next week I lose big. I can't tell you to stay away from the scale because I am addicted also, but, try not to let it get you down. Keep the faith!
