Thanks Maryellen, Now comes the scarey part....trying to keep it off. We all know too often that it is what we are used to (gaining back) and I need to change the pattern. So far the tool is working I just need to make better choices. Those carbs are a hard habit to break.

Thanks Rosemary....it feels great to say it's been a year ...and that I made it!! This is better than graduating from High School/College!! I never thought I'd say that. Where's my diploma??...lol
