HI EVERYBODY I JUST HAD TO SHOUT OUT MY EXCITEMENT. 6.5 MONTHS AND DOWN 100.5. LBS. I FEEL AMAZING . THE LAST 2 POUNDS WERE A NIGHTMARE TO COME OFF BUT FINALLY THEY DECIDED TO GIVE ME A BREAK. NOW JUST 9.5 LBS TO NORMAL AND 22 TO MY PERSONAL GOAL. THANK YOU ALL FOR THE SUPPORT IT MEANS SOOOO MUCH. BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE NEWBIES HUGS LORI

Hello - no phone call? I have to read about this BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT?? (That means 3 set of that new lunge exercise) he he he Lori - you rock!!!!
