men's calorie & protein goals - year + out ?
Men;
I'm over a year out. I've leveled off and I'm OK with it, I think I could afford to loose some more but some say I'm too skinny. I'm 6'-0"/210 lbs.
Looking to see what others are eating typically this far out. I track religiously on livestrong - here is my data from the last 6 weeks:
-Ave. Calories - 1690 (they recommend 1560) - could be lower but then I feel awful.
-Carbs 163 grams
-Fat 57 grams
-Protein 124 grams
I don't exercise as much as I should that'd probably kick my metabolism up.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Looks pretty solid. Carbs may be a little high if ur not working out though.
I've been averaging about
1300 calories
55 grams of fat (healthy fats)
90 grams of carbs
122 grams of protein.
I've been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week.
So it depends how hard I'm working out, sometime towards end the end of the day I may get those low sugar jitters. And I just eat some kinda sugar. It doesn't matter at that point.
