I am 6'4" and had my surgery 8 weeks ago. I am down 64 pounds from 404 on that date. My situation was a little different, but I will say it was all worth it.

I'm only 6' but here are my before and after photos. The before photos are at 375lbs. and the after are 207 lbs. I'm one year post-op and still losing. My links didn't work, but you can get the photos from my profile.
