On Saturday, 12/22 I went for a long walk on the treadmill and a good jaunt on my elliptical machine. That night I had too many adult-beverages, and decided to take the rest of they year off from exercise. So, I did. And on 01/01 I hopped back on the treadmill and elliptical machine. That night, I got sick. So, again, a week lay-off.
Today, I'm starting again. I can feel the rust, but I am excited to do it again.
Look out world!

Don't know how old you are but don't go at it like you did when you were a teen. I really messed up by knees doing that and I'm still having some trouble with them. Slow and steady wins this race. Don't burn yourself out. Consistancy is the key, do a little less but do it at least 3 days a week, every week.

Thank you. I am 29 years young, but my knees are already nearly a wreck. Thank God I had WLS when I did. But don't worry, I'm not gonna go at it like gangbusters (I'll save that for the girlfriend).
