Lost 100% of weight
thanks to the other CB in here! believe it or not it's super hard for me to say things like this in person at meetings. i'm much more comfortable in this setting but i owe so much to my team that i have to accept the offer. it's a good feeling to know i'm helping the new guys see results and a true journey. nobody here has ever lied about their results good or bad and that's what we need most. there's a lot of guys who inspired me and still do to this day to keep up the good fight. thanks......carbonblob
thanks TP. i think it's great our doc wants the truth out rather than poster boys painting pictures. i guess they feel we'll have to overcome and struggle down the road like everyone else once you start to maintain. it's not always an easy road but once down you have to commit and i think that's what they want me to say to the new guys. thanks......carbonblob

You are such a "He Man Master of the Universe"....
Congrats....but please be honest with these guys....you pants are only tight in the front,,,,
...(Your words not mine)
Russ

lol.......my pants are always tight in front no matter what i wear! such is the life of HE MAN, MASTER OF THE PACKAGE! i went to my appointment wearing baggy sweats and long sleeve shirt. they liked the look so much they took pictures. well, they always do at intervals....lol.
it's nice they noticed my loss even under all the clothes. when i was in the hospital the doctor there was checking out my gut and pressing all around my gut. it was hard (my gut) and i told him i do a lot of sit ups. he said, yeah i can tell! that made my day! here i was in total pain and he noticed my abs. does it get any better than that......lol.....carbonblob

thanks kyp. it's almost two years for you too? wow time flies. i bet your doc's office is blown away by your body. i still marvel at how you transformed. talk about insperation dude. you came much further than i ever did. you and a couple other bigger guys really take the prize. i think of AJ too. he lost a ton of weight only to go on to running marathons. he had a huge transformation too. i could go on and on with some amazing guys buy you all get the picture. keep up the great work.....carbonblob
Congratulations!!
Complications are just that, turns and bumps in the road,
Sometimes they can be quite big and rough and scary
But they don't have to be Dead-ends.
Keep up the great progress toward Longterm Health!
(now go and "un-whack" those Bloodwork numbers.)
Best Wishes-

ain' it amazing Dx? here i am an old guy on the board now! seems like yesterday i was clinging to every post from you, buckeye, wad etc. i remember how important that was to me. i just know one reason for my success is that you never left this board. it really teached me to be accountable. coming here and seeing some of the original guys still posting has taught me a lot so thanks.
now a moment of honesty. my g/f will be the first to point out that i don't have the same life as most guys. i work on and off. so that means i can dedicate more time to exercise. she points out we don't have kids and other things that take our time. it's true, my results are slanted. but the one thing i made a promise to do is exercise no matter what. that i think is key. so i'm kind of like a trainer telling people to work out when it's practically my job to be in a gym all day. a little unfair so i need to fess up that i have a schedule that allows me to work out more than most guys here. still, look at dave from japan or others that get up super early and work out everyday no matter how much other work they have. those are the real super dudes! so i felt a need to put a disclaimer on my post and put it here because i know everyone will read Dx's post......lol. take care Dx.....carbonblob
