Availability of DaVinciGourmet Syrups in Winter

I just wanted to post that those syrups that come in glass bottles are not being shipped in the winter.  Some online retailers were shipping them last year in protective packaging, but they can't get them from the manufacturer this year.  The easiest way to find out what is available is to go to www.netrition.com and enter DavinciGourmet as the brand.  Only those syrups that are available in plastic bottles are being shipped now.

That's pretty crappy.  Is it the same when ordering straight from DaVinci's own web store?  I use Torani, so I haven't had that problem, but DaVinci does have some great flavors that Torani does not! .....   maybe hit the local coffee houses for any in-stock?..... - Mike

I looked on DaVinci's site and I can't tell whether individual syrups are available.  They say something like "bottles May not be shipped until the weather gets warmer."  I prefer the info I got from netrition.com telling me definitively what is and isn't available.

Two years ago, I ordered a case of 12 bottles from netrtion.com in the dead of winter.  They arrived, but every bottle was broken.  They reshipped the entire case at no charge to me, but waited till the weather got warmer during a two-week period.  They actually added that statement soon after my shipment arrived.  Now I make sure that get a big shipment in November that lasts us through the winter, usually mid-to-late March.
