Geo, I have used those from time to time. Cutting them with water or adding them to Crystal-Lite or Tea Is a way to sneak in extra protein without even noticing. The Grape ones are pretty good too. Some prefer to just do them as "shots" and have it over with. Back when I was buying protein supplements, I’d pick up products from GNC. My local Kroger prints out 20% and often 30% Off Coupons for GNC. (I think the same family has their money in both franchises here in my town.) At 30% Off, those are a good value. I have always preferred the "Fruit flavored" Clear protein supplements Over the "Vanilla or Chocolate", Thick shakes. They taste too sweet for me and have a touch of ‘powdery’ texture.
