Thursday Coffee Talk

WOW!  Morning sure did come quickly didn't it!  Time to rise and shine!  Good morning my dear friends!  Today is going to be an awesome day! Our challenge today is to boucne back.  From what you may ask?  From not eating right.  From not being on track.  From any blow that life may have given you this year.  From anything in your life that has come against you.  You are more than able to bounce back.  You are stronger than you think.  You are an incredible person and you can do anything you set your mind to.  So don't let not eating, not being on track, life's blows, and cir****tances knock you off your feet.  Stand up, square your shoulders, get some iron in your back bone, and STAND TALL!  You are a bouncer and you are STRONG! So, what cha sipping on today?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome hazelnut cream.  My Bunn coffee maker has been at rest a few days and don't know how to act.  One of my Youth (I'm  a Youth Director at church) gave me a single cup coffee maker for Christmas and I'm putting it to use!! WOO HOO!!  LOL  Loving it too! Y'all have a wonderful Thursday as you bounce! 

Just had two scoops of Isopure Alpine Punch whey, 7 oz water, 2 equals, 1/4 cup frozen mixed berries all combined in my new Magic Bullet.  Quick, easy, and quiet so I don't wake anybody up like the blender used to. 

Mornin' Randall! I'm finishing off a Starbuck's Mocha! Man I love that stuff. After 13 years my schedule just recently changed from working nights to working days and I tell ya, EVERY day comes early for me! Give me a couple of years and I might be used to this. Hope everyone's having a great day!
