And The Wool Suit Goes To ....
Lyricaldreamer!
I made my decision on whom to give the suit to based on some different factors, with a lot of help from PMs from other forum members .. I would ask that, if you should ever "downgrow it" (and you should!), that you please also then pass it along to a fellow OH member who needs it and will pass it along accordingly ..
Please PM me your home address (or whereever you want it shipped to) and I will try to get it out this week, via UPS or whatever is the cheapest ground route.
Merry Xmas!

Dale, I went to the MailBox place after work today and they boxed up the suit and got it ready for shipping ... It will go U.P.S. ground, but unfortunately the MailBox place is no longer open on weekends and the owner told me that likely U.P.S. will not pick it up on Monday before the place closes at noon on that day for New Year's eve. So, it sounds like the suit won't actually pass into U.P.S.'s hands likely until Wednesday. It is then scheduled to arrive at your house on Friday afternoon, but I just don't see how the truck can get to OH from Dallas in just two days time, and neither does the owner .. The owner said he bets it won't actually get delivered by U.P.S. until the following Monday. &:-/)
I'll PM you the U.P.S. tracking # so you can keep an eye on the suit online as it makes its way toward your place. I also gave U.P.S. the O.K. to leave it outside yoru house if no one is there to receive it at the time (also, it is only insured for $100!) .. If you dont' trust your "neighbors", I would urge you to be sure someone is there you trust that can receive it if you aren't, as this will be a rather large, conspicuous package.
btw, there was a little dust on the suitcoat, but I think I brushed it all off before we boxed it (btw, the suit is actually a size 62 with a 32" inseem, IIRC). It has an Italian name ("Adoro", or some such), but was made in Costa Rica. Although I only wore it twice (at a trial), you might want to go ahead and get it cleaned and pressed before wearing, as it sat in the closet for a long time. While retrieving it from the closet, I also ran across and threw in (at no extra charge - LOL) a brand new Alexander Lloyd long-sleeved dress shirt I had bought but never worn from Casual Male. It is black with a 22" neck. All you need is a black or blood red necktie to go with all that and they can call you "The Ohio Godfather", or some such. &:-D)
Enjoy and happy New Year ..
