Wednesday Coffee Talk

Good morning everyone!  Time to get up and get going.  It's going to be a fantastic day today. 

Our challenge today is to reflect.  Look back on this past year.  What are you proud of?  What have you succeeded in?  What has made you happy?  What have you accomplished?  2007 has been a wonderful year, but with only a few days left, what are YOU proud of that YOU have done?  2008 is going to be your BEST YEAR EVER!!  YOUR YEAR!

So, what cha sipping on this morning?  Me?  I'm about to enjoy a cup of Pumpkin Spice before heading to the cafe.

I'm proud of joining this group. I'm proud of taking the decision to get the surgery and I'm proud of the results that I can see after the first few months. I'm also happy to see the reaction of friends and family that I haven't seen in a while.

I'm sure 2008 will be an amazing year too!

I'm proud of stopping a 13 yr habit of chewing tabbaco, finally getting to the dr. for a physical and then against all my friends and families advice I know decided to have wls RNY in January. Troy
