I did a Beach Boot Camp yesterday! YIKES!!!! And here I thought I was so fit! She kicked my BUTTTTTTT!
Gimme your minutes and are you trying anything new? Food?Exercise?And what is your commitment for next week?
-Anyway I did 480 minutes, I exceeded! By 80 minutes!!!!!.
-I am going to continue with the Beach Boot Camp next week again, Its A HIT (high intensity training)
-And I will be commiting to 500 for next week.
So what are your numbers and what are your goals?

My commitment was 300 minutes and I did 425!!
The weather in Southern AZ has been just perfect --- sunny, mid-70's and dry --- so, my dog and I have been out for about an hour every day.
I am leaving on Sunday for a business trip in Portland --- so, for next week, I am going to scale back my commitment to 250 minutes -- I hope to be able to walk to and from the office each day --- but it is very weather dependent -- so, I can reach my goal even if I just get to walk one-way.

125 minutes damn gurl! Way to go! I gotta give you lots of credit, at least you are still gonna try to make any commitment on a business trip!

I forget what I committed to but I got around 110 minutes. Not my best but I am still working on it. The good news is that on days I did not actively exercise I was doing some heavy duty house cleaning, not sitting. I am also continuing that project this week.
