What grains are you eating?

Not sure if it is technically a grain, but I ate quinoa, brown rice, whole-grain crackers.
I also ate baked sweet potatoes (about 1/4 of a medium one was a few tablespoons worth).
I eat oatmeal for breakfast some days.

While I was losing weight, I ate tuna salad with crackers about 4 times a week (I broke a Wheat Thin into 4 pieces and scooped a pea-sized bite of tuna with it).


Now, at my goal weight, I eat the occasional pasta, whole-grain bread (eaten very slowly and in tiny bites).
About once a month I have pizza ---- regular stuff, and eat it slowly
About once a month I have an In n Out burger -- and I throw away 1/2 of the bun and eat about 1/2 of the remaining burger and bun and give the rest to the dog.

I sometimes eat whole grain bread,sometimes I have a little pasta. I believe whole grains are better for you. What kinds you eat will be up to you and what your band "allows" you to eat. LOL
 Mari  Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
