What are we eating, today??

For Monday,
B: oatmeal
then I had heart burn half the day, UGGGHHH
S: spinach salad and string cheese
L: cream chicken
D: 7 layer dip with 5 tortilla chips (ramekin bowl)
S: small s/f fruit cup
exercise
3 bottles of water and coffee
vitamins
What about you??

Lap Band on 01/30/12
B: protein drink
L: (2) chicken, garden vegetable rf cream cheese, Tuscan flat bread crackers
S: cottage cheese
D: 1 c chicken corn chowder
S: (1) Tuscan flatbread cracker w/cream cheese

The cracker stuff comes in a Oscar Meyer lunch kit and is really good minus the chocolate that I gave to my employee!

Water vitamins and 25 minutes on stationary bike

I only just started eating crackers. I'm paranoid about them. LOL (carb addict here)

Monday

B- one egg and one turkey sausage

L- 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup salsa, 10 chips

S- 1/2 apple, 10 almonds (pre- workout snack)

D- skinless chicken thigh, 1 cup green beans

S- 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 banana

I get more than enough water...I drink close to 100 oz a day

I ran 40 minutes on the treadmill today...getting ready for my 5K this weekeand!!!  Then I lifted weights and and stretched for 30 minutes.  

I need to be more consistant with my vitamins!!!!

100 oz or more of water,way to go. I don't think I've ever done that much.
5K this weekend way to go, you and Mary at the same race?? I need to stretch more. sigh!!!!

early- chocolate cookies and cream protein shake
b- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4 bare naked granola & small banana
l- 2oz meatloaf with 1c mashed cauliflower with laughing cow cheese & celery stix with 1 tablespoon pb.
D- 2.5 oz meatloaf with 1c mashed cauliflower w laughing cow cheese (yes again was good)
s turkey pepperoni, wheat crackers and stick of low fat cheese stick.
water, decaf coffee, tea throughout the day.

tired no excercise, but tomorrow will do 4 miles to prepare for first 5k on Saturday.

I used to eat the faux mashed potatoes all the time, haven't in awhile. It's actually the only way I like cauliflower. Wow 5k on Sat. great for you. Let us know how it went!!
