What are we eating, today??

For Sunday,
Got home sooner than I thought, we left for the Mt's early. Went down the hill a lot, sledding. I would have never done that before WLS. I used to be the one with the baby in the car and taking pictures, not the one having fun!!

B: oatmeal
S: l/f cottage cheese with a few cherry tomatoes
L: store bought sea food salad with 5 thin rice crackers
s/f hot chocolate
S: s/f pre packaged mixed fruit (been having trouble with hard fruits)
D: spaghetti (ramekin bowl)
3 1/2 bottles of water
vitamins
exercise (walking up those darn Mt's was a workout , also did my power walk)
How about you??

B: 1/4 c oatmeal w/raisins and 1/2 scrambled egg
L: 1/4 of a chicken, mushroom, onion quesadilla no tortilla
S: K20 protein pink lemonade
D: crab cake and edemame
S: cottage cheese

Water
Vitamins
30 minutes on the stationary bike

 Lazy, lazy day today...yay!

B - turkey bacon and a s/f fruit cup

L - baked beans w/ a few small pieces of hot dog

D - grilled chicken, green beans

Snack - s/f ice cream bar

Vanilla Premier shake

Granola bar

Chicken/wild n long grain rice/gravy

Lean Dessert chocolate coconut shake

For a snack later I'll have either cheese n crackers or Postachios

We spent the weekend at the sand dunes riding 4-wheelers. Fun weekend.

L-greek yogurt w/peaches, 1oz cheese, 3 crackers
S-honey roasted peanuts
D-meatloaf,spoon of mashed potatos, spoon of corn
S-100 cal popcorn
