adjust or not?

My surgery was 11/16/11 and my Dr left 1cc in the band for a month.  At a month out we did the first and only adjustment that I have had.  He initially filled it to 6cc's and had me do a swallow test.  It was to tight, so he backed it out to 4cc's.  I lost weight to start with, but have locked up at 15lbs lost.  I am thinking I need another adjustment.  Would having the 1 to 1.5 cc's added help any?  Or have I already hit my "sweet spot"?

So your weight has stalled....Have you been feeling hungrier lately?  Is 4oz of protein satisfying?  Can you go about 4 hours before you are hungry again?  If not....these are usually tell tale signs that you need a fill.  If you are making sure you are eating healthy lean protein and exercising.  If so and the weight isn't coming off...by all means go in for a fill.  That's what our bands are for.

Good luck!!!

Hi,
This has been a great reference for me.  Personally I would question the Dr  putting 5cc in at one go is crazy.    In 2.5 years I have had 6 fills 1 partial unfill and are now at 5.5cc in a 10cc band

 Thanks for the link.
I drink a 8oz protein shake in the morning and it lasts about 2.5 hrs
So I think it is time for a fill.
