L: 1/3 egg salad sandwich on whole wheat
S: 2 cheese peanut butter crackers
D: chicken taco, lettuce and cheese only, no tortilla
S: 1 snackable slice of turkey and cheese, no cracker
S: prune

B. coffee with skim milk
S. Unjury chocolate shake with a touch of peanut butter powder
L. one french fry...(I was on the road with my son...and you know what...I was disappointed in the taste of the french fry...it's been so long since I had them...glad I don't miss them)
S. decaff tea with skim, a bacon, egg and cheese snack wrap, minus the wrap
D. Went to Panera with my kids while shopping Had French onion soup and part of an apple chicken garden salad.
S. 1/2 a chocolate chip cookie
I must say, I bought a new pair of pants...smaller size...and a new shirt...also smaller size! I hit my first big goal as of this morning! 50 pounds down!
