What are we eating, today??

For Friday,
B: small bowl of Cheerios and a protein shake
L: creamy chicken (Ashley, I will send you the recipe this weekend)
S: 3 TBS mashed potatoes
D: 1/2 enchilada and spinach salad
S: 100 calorie pack of beef jerky 17 grm protein (maybe not the best choice but it satisfies my snacking craving)
3 bottles of water
vitamins
exercise
How about you???

Today was a horrible band day and a rough day in general (had to attend my uncles funeral today) I didn't get to really eat until around 5 pm, once I attempted to eat I got stuck-my band was really tight most likely from the stress and emotional wreck I was all day

B: a few pistachios
L: Got stuck when I attempted to eat, eventually was able to get some coleslaw and some other random slider foods my family had to eat down
D: 1/2 cup General Tsos chicken with fried rice
Slacked on the water today..had 2 cans of diet coke

 Date night with hubby tonight.  I saved my calories to eat his favorite foods with him. 

B - coffee with milk and s/f hot cocoa packet

L -  3 oz. turkey deli meat and a slice of cheese

D -  beef hotdog (no bun), 4 potato chips and a little ranch dip, 2 miniature chocolate cream puffs

We watched a cheesy 50's horror movie and luckily they make me a little sick, so I had no problem backing away from chips and cream puffs!!  I usually make him watch chick flicks, so it was only fair.  :)

Not the best day.......and once again the scale isn't moving.....low carb isn't working for me.

B: Atkins shake

L: Skipped

D: Frittata w onions, peppers,tomatos,mushrooms, cheese....strawberries and blueberries

S: sugar free ice cream, peanut butter
