gone off track! trying to get back!

Hi all,
I was banded March last year and have so far lost 74lbs my goal is to lose another 7lbs by jan and keep it off over the christmas holidays i feel i am eating all the wrong foods and i don't know why i do it to myself I know I am only letting myself down! My son has been poorly and there has been school holidays so I would normally go to the gym and in the past two weeks I have not been I feel I need some advice as I am stuck in a rut. I am working a lot of 12 hr shifts this week so I am hoping to go to the gym on my days off and next week I will be definatley back into it as I love going it's just the foods I am eating and my head that needs the help!! I am so close to goal I dont want to ruin it and I am also getting a tummy tuck in january and my nurse is giving me a slight unfill at the end of november so I am worried I start to gain so therefore want to get back into it.

Any advice on how to get back on track I would grately appreciate. xxxx

I too have gotten off track and that is why I am back. Between work (12hr shifts) and finishing my master's, I have not been strict with following my plan. Just remember we can do this! I'm am glad to be back! The support here is wonderful!!!!
