BCBS IL Update

I did the 12 months diet supervised by my doctor and seeing nutritionist. I have 19 months worth. They have denied me several times, even though I have TONS of documentation from the visits on a monthly basis. They wont tell what they need specifically. I even appealed, and they denied it again. I am so miffed!!!! Now I am appealing through my employer. I have 60 days for them to make a decision. anyone with bcbs of il here with SF? If so, anyone have any luck or experience with this part? Any insight?
