Exclusion - Principal Financial Group Insurance - help...

there is an exclusion on my coverage and they have already denied my request. Any suggestions or has anyone dealth with this insurer before?

My only suggestion would be to look at your Certificate of Coverage under exclusions and be sure that they exclude morbid obesity and not just obesity.
