Get it in writing. Especially since your employer says it's not excluded from their policy. When you ask Cigna to provide it to you in writing they will say they cant & that you will need to get it from your employer. They can but you have to be really persistent which means you will more than likely have to speak with more than 3 reps. You may also want to speak with an HR Manager or someone in charge of benefits because they may have changed it and the person you spoke with may not know that. Anyway, good luck to you.
