How SOON?

I am just recieving coverage from bcbs of il this week, how soon should I start the wls process? I don't want to get cancelled. S Williams

Today! Don't wait..get the summary plan description, find out if there are any exclusions etc...I would get on the phone and start bugging them right away. Good luck to you..

I used to have BCBS of IL and that's who paid for my surgery. Get on the ball right away. Call and get their guidelines in writing on what you must do to get approved for WLS. I had to do 12 months of supervised dieting under my PCP. Donna
