Good morning folks! I did darn good at death by dessert. I did not abstain, but I just had a taste of each and my protein foods. Ended up uncomfortably full again toward the end of the day, but I think I was actually thirsty. Gonna go back to plain water - flavored stuff just doesn't do it for me.

B - Protein shake
S - 1/2 scoop protein shake
L - 1 bite blueberry bread, 1 bite spice cake, 3 bites maple layer cake
 3 thin slices deli roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 1/3 cup broccoli salad
D - 2 slices LF swiss cheese, TJs flax tortilla chips
S - 1/3 c greek yogurt
cal 905, carbs 56, fat 33, pro 103, fluids 40oz
workout  11/2 walk in 30 min.

good morning Nean!!!  i think i did alright yesterday and still managed to lose 3 pounds!

b - 6 strips of veggie bacon and a cup of kashi

l - two veggie hamburger patties with a slice of fat free cheddar cheese on top with a couple triscuits

d - this is one of tom's recipes.....salsa and black bean mixture with two chicken tenderloins that had a spice rub on them on top with some mozzarella cheese on top of that baked in the oven. 

s - a cup of cereal

all my liquids and vitamins.

way to go handsome!! great job.

we won't even discuss my food day yesterday. liquids. yuck. followed by a dumb episode of trying to eat a few doritos..what a dumbass...then 2 hours of . lesson learned. today is a new one. we move on.

I BROKE MY PLATEAU TOO!!! I lost 2.4 pounds!!! ( I know I know I said I wouldn't weight.. I can't help it I'm addicted to the gym and the scale...)
I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

you know I have weighed myself every day since surgery LOL  I'm so glad your plateau broke and i swear we must be the same person LOL  I think I lost another 5 pounds but I'll have to confirm that in the morning on my scales here at home.

I only have about 3 weeks till my surgiversary I am going to try and work out 1 1/2 to 2 hours a day between now and then and STAY OF THE FREAKING SCALE!!!

I bought the family the Wii Fit board for valentines day and then bought my son Skate It and Niki Jillian Michael's Wii game... So I am going to try and do a half hour each night after doing the gym in the AM. I WILL make this happen...

I have found a new way of life that has kept me at Goal since 2008.. And keeping it that way!

Yesterday was the worst food day I've had since surgery and the scales proved it with a 1/2 pound gain. *pout*

So I confessed my debauchery of the morning with grazing while I was cooking.

b - 3 eggbites
graze - 4 pices SF chocolate, licks and tastes while making lemon creamcheese bites (eggface recipe) and then one full lemon creamcheese bite when they were done.
l - 7 or 8 (can't remember) small crackers with turkey and melted provolone.
d - OMG... went to Greg and Cameron's house for dinner. Before dinner had several garlic stuffed olives, a couple of bites of amazing cheese and cracker. Dinner was steak, salmon, sauteed greens with garlic, baked potato with butter and sour cream. I did have extremely small portions of all of the above and didn't finish what I had taken. But then ate two lemon creamcheese bites and hour later.

I felt like I ate a tremendous about of food but my pouch never felt it. Maybe I didn't eat as much as I thought.

I only had about 30 oz of fluids yesterday and I don't lose if I don't drink. I also missed one multivitamin and one calcium.

Today is a new day. I'm eating my 3 eggbites for breakfast now and the rest of the day will be on track.

I did pretty well yesterday I think, feel good about it at least

1. Pre- workout  muscle milk mocha latte

2. post workout kashi golean with skim milk

L - veggie chilli and 1 whole grain cracker

S choc caramel protein

D - scallops and some salad

S - sugar free lemon mousse

workout - 30 minutes treadmill
45 minutes water aerobics class

B Half cup plain ff yogurt with sf raspberry jelly mixed in.

L South Beach frozen meal 29g protien chicken with sweet potatoes

D couscous salad with garbanzos and grilled chicken with Feta

5 pretzels with hummus

No exercise. Stressed out.  At plateau and had to get in to therapist today.  Brain is MELTING....LOL.
