I went to Dr fri to get hernia checked and i am 25 lbs from being under 300 lbs I have not been under 300 pounds in years . I have lost 117 lbs now since jan but a whole lot of inces gone.

What an incredibly exciting day for you! I can't even imagine, but WOW. You should be so proud of yourself for your hard work. Congrats!

WOW that's great!! You're going to pass me soon (as I've been stuck for several months). I'm trying to get back on track now, so hopefully I'll start losing again soon.
